♦ Rinse organics; rinse and/or peel non-organics.
♦ Cut, tear, or roll into pieces, to fit extractor.
♦ Juice pieces of fruit or vegetables in extractor.

➜ Juice will maintain freshness for about 48 hours after extraction.
➜ Freezing extracted juices is usually not a good idea.
➜ Leafy greens, when juiced, are best when mixed with carrot juice in a ratio of about 1/5; that's 1 part leafy green juice for every 5 parts carrot.
➜ Apple cores, grape branches, leaves, and many rinds (thoroughly rinsed) can be put thru extractors.
